Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor located in Puchong, with the opportunity for some work from home. The Fiber Project Engineer will oversee fiber optic projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include planning, designing, and implementing fiber networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining project documentation. The role also involves quality assurance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to teams on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fiber Optic Network Design, Network Planning, and Project Implementation
• Excellent Project Management skills, including resource allocation, time management, and budgeting
• Strong Technical Knowledge and Problem-solving skills applicable to telecommunications infrastructure
• Experience with Industry Standards and Compliance in telecommunications
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, with good communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools
