Job Description
- Direct supervision of site works with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- On-site management of sub-contractors.
- Communicate plans and ensure the timeline is met
- Conduct site evaluation of the project installation, and report status and issues to respective project manager/engineer
- Daily progress monitoring and make sure daily work activities are recorded
- Check and verify installation matches design drawings and raise non-conformances
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures
- Make certain all safety requirements are always adhered to at the worksite.
- Oversee the project from beginning to the end as per assigned by the superior
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 PV solar farm (Large Scale) project full cycle completion from Project Initiation, Execution, Close-up or 2 years experience in PV Large Scale Solar Farm construction will be an advantage
- Experience in delivering TNB Substation work shall be considered
- Fair knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and documentation
- Project site-based
- Responsible for technical and engineering aspects, sense of Quality, and Safety requirements in the industries
- Direct supervision of site works with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings
