RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise construction works on project at site.
Ensuring work completed and run smoothly.
Coordinate and monitor activities at project site.
Attend site meeting and measurement works.
To planning, leading, monitoring and controlling projects with the support and co-operation with team members.
To Compiling Weekly Progress Reports and relevant reports.
Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals.
Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.

REQUIREMENT:

Minimum Diploma with 1 years working experience in supervising Interior Designer / Carpentry Works.
Driving license (Preferred).
Experience handle project F&B , Retail and Commercial .
Must have pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and a team player.
Able to work well under pressure.
