Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bukit Raja. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Other tasks include monitoring project progress, managing site resources, and handling any issues that arise to ensure the project stays on schedule and within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Construction Management and Site Supervision skills
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance standards
• Project Coordination and Resource Management skills
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site
• Experience in construction or civil engineering is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
