Job Description

Job Responsibility

Oversee renovation/construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines
Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams on project requirements
Monitor work quality, ensuring compliance with standards; provide technical guidance
Strategize and implement measures to expedite project timelines when needed
Exhibit a proactive, problem-solving attitude towards achieving project goals

Job Requirements

Minimum education is Diploma
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the renovation industry
Prefer expertise in M&E, ceiling, and partition work
Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and renovation practices
Excellent communication skills for liaising with subcontractors and team
Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
CIDB Green Card Certificate require
Must be able to reliably commute to Petaling Jaya, KL, or Port Klang or be willing to relocate
