Site Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for work progress, daily monitoring and coordinating construction work at site.
2. Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and good construction practices.
3. Work closely with the Site Engineer or Project Manager to ensure alignment of site activities with the overall project schedule.
4. To supervise and monitor works contractors productivity to achieve targeted productivity and time frame.
5. Effective communication and coordination between Owners Engineer and sub-contractors.
6. Maintain an up-to-date site diary, including details of daily activities, manpower, weather, deliveries, inspections, and site instructions.
7. Conduct routine inspections to verify workmanship quality and ensure that construction works meet required standards and specifications.
8. Identify potential safety hazards and managing them based on the industry best practices & regulations.
9. To liaise with procurement to manage material/equipment orders and deliveries to the site.
10. Assist the PM/ Construction Manager with planning work activities and organize work schedules.
11. Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
