Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and managing site documentation. The role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining project timelines.

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
• Experience with managing subcontractors and labor teams
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in site documentation and reporting
• Relevant certifications in construction or related field
• Previous experience working on interior fit-out projects is a plus
