Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Manage workers, subcontractors, and materials
• Report progress and site issues to project managers
• Maintain quality control and resolve any on-site problems

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Relevant certification or diploma in construction or a related field is preferred

Salary Range: RM3000 to RM3500
