Site Supervisor for the WHB's Interconnection Facility and Transmission Lines project development.
Oversee the on-site work to ensure that it meets industry standards and project specifications.
Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the installation.
Supervise and manage the installation team, including technicians, electricians, and laborers.
Provide progress updates, reports, and documentation as required by the project management team.
Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.
Approaching local authorities relating to projects on site matters.
Ensure project executed at site according to schedule plan, design, specifications.
Prepare project status update reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
Conduct site surveys and prepare site evaluation reports.
Establish, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure integrating of QMS requirements into the organization's business process.
Review, prepare and report QMS performance evaluation to management.
Take corrective action on nonconformance and ensure its effectiveness
Any assignment instructed by HOD Project regarding Preventive Maintenance Procedure & Control of Measuring and Monitoring Resources Procedure
Implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure integration of QMS requirements into the organization's business process.
Key Requirements
Diploma / Equivalent in Electrical Engineering with related work experience.
2-5 years of working experience in electrical engineering in terms of technical and commercial.
Experience in supervising cable installation work for various method such as ABC, Open cut and HDD.
Familiar with the latest Electricity laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Must be willing to work based at the project site throughout the construction period.
