Smart Logistic Engineers

We are looking for an Smart Logistic Engineers to take technical ownership of autonomous navigation and mobility across our fleet of Autonomous Mobile Robots. You will work across robotics software, hardware, perception, navigation, and field operations to develop, deploy, and scale reliable AMR systems in real-world environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and improve robot navigation, localization, mapping, path planning, and obstacle avoidance systems.
• Develop and tune robotics software using C++, Python, and ROS/ROS2.
• Integrate and optimize sensors including LiDAR, cameras, IMU, and wheel odometry.
• Troubleshoot and improve robot performance through data analysis, simulation, and field testing.
• Support AMR deployment, calibration, and commissioning in real-world environments.
• Work on multi-robot coordination, fleet management, and safe robot operation.
• Build reusable tools and engineering practices to improve future robot deployments.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, operations, vendors, and engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or mobile robotics.
• Strong C++ and Python skills with practical ROS/ROS2 experience.
• Solid experience in SLAM, localization, path planning, obstacle avoidance, and sensor integration.
• Hands-on experience with LiDAR, cameras, IMU, or wheel odometry.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting robots in real-world environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across hardware, software, and operations.
