We are seeking a high-energy SME Financing Sales Executive with a strong background in sourcing and securing business lending opportunities. The successful candidate will be passionate about building new relationships, generating leads, and delivering financing solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new SME customers for business financing and working capital solutions
  • Manage the full sales journey from lead generation through approval and fund release
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly booking and revenue objectives
  • Perform outbound prospecting, onsite visits, and proactive pipeline development
  • Cultivate a robust portfolio of prospects and convert opportunities into successful deals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SME lending, business financing, or commercial loan sales
  • Strong new-business development orientation and proactive sales approach
  • Familiarity with unsecured facilities, term financing, and working capital products
  • Performance-driven, comfortable working toward clear targets and KPIs
  • Confident communicator with strong persuasion and deal-closing capabilities
