SME/Lead – AI Data Center Operations

• Real-world operational experience in AI Data Center environments (not theoretical/architecture-only knowledge)
• Strong working knowledge of operational runbooks covering:
• GPU/node failure handling
• NVLink/NVSwitch issue resolution
• Cooling and power incident management
• Capacity and performance issues
• Firmware/driver lifecycle management
• Security remediation
• Resilience/DR (Disaster Recovery)
• Escalation and governance processes
• Direct experience with NVIDIA GB200/Blackwell deployment or production operations
• Experience operating/supporting large-scale NVIDIA AI clusters
