Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Bahru for a SME Plus Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and developing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing tailored financial solutions, achieving sales and service targets, managing client portfolios, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires analyzing financial data, maintaining compliance with organizational standards, and working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent banking services.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Skills in financial analysis, risk management, and credit evaluation to understand and meet client requirements.
• Experience in sales and business development, with the ability to achieve targets and manage a portfolio effectively.
• Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly within the SME and commercial banking sectors.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with the financial and regulatory landscape in Malaysia and the ASEAN region.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
