SME Relationship Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for an SME Relationship Manager. The responsibilities include managing relationships with SME clients, identifying and meeting their financial needs with appropriate banking solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks involve assessing and mitigating credit risks, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies, and working towards achieving sales and revenue targets. The SME Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to manage and grow client portfolios
• Experience in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment
• Knowledge of SME banking products, services, and market landscape
• Sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and revenue goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in SME banking or a similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
