This is a full-time, on-site SME Relationship Manager role based in Kota Kinabalu. The SME Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small and medium enterprise (SME) clients by understanding their banking needs and proposing appropriate financial solutions. The role includes sourcing and onboarding new SME customers, conducting credit assessments, preparing financing proposals, and monitoring account performance and risk. The individual will maintain regular contact with clients, resolve service issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored lending, deposit, and transactional banking products. The position also involves achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to local market development and business campaigns.
