Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SME Relationship Manager based in Bintulu. The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Key responsibilities include client acquisition, portfolio management, identifying business growth opportunities, and tailoring solutions to clients financial needs. This role involves working closely with clients to provide advice, support, and banking solutions while meeting performance targets and ensuring excellent customer service.

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields
• Prior experience in SME banking or corporate banking is advantageous
