The Mission (What you will do)

Hunt & Acquire: You are the tip of the spear. You will identify high-potential SMEs and turn cold leads into closed deals using your hunter mentality.

Leverage & Network: Utilize your deep-seated industry connections to open doors that are closed to others.

Consult & Solve: Move beyond transactional selling. Analyze complex business needs to structure tailored financing and micro-financing solutions.

Build the Future: Act as the eyes and ears of the market. Feed competitor intel back to HQ to help us build unbeatable products.

Requirements

The Veteran: 6+ years of high-performance sales experience in Business Banking or Direct Lending. You know the SME landscape inside out.

The Connector: You have an existing, active Black Book of SME contacts and B2B networks. You don't just make calls; you make introductions.

The Closer: You possess superior negotiation skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

The Agitator: You are self-motivated and goal-oriented. You thrive in hybrid setups and don't need hand-holding.

The Credential: Bachelor's degree holder (or equivalent).

The Timeline: You are ready to start immediately and hit the ground running.
