Snowflake Principal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Snowflake Environment Setup: Configure warehouses, roles, and RBAC for secure, cost-efficient operations.
• Integration: Establish Snowflake storage integrations to receive MuleSoft data payloads.
• Data Architecture: Design multi-zone schemas (Raw/Curated), databases, and tables aligned with MuleSoft payloads.
• Pipeline Validation: Collaborate with MuleSoft developers to validate connectors and ensure performant ingestion.
• Data Integrity: Perform validation, profiling, and reconciliation between source and Snowflake tables.
• Zero-Copy Architecture: Implement Snowflake Data Sharing and connectors for Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Governance & Security: Define permissions and federated query access.
• Collaboration: Work with offshore developers, assign tasks, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with outcomes.

Job requirements

• 5+ years in Data Architecture, with 3+ years as a Snowflake Architect.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake optimization, governance, and data sharing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce products and MuleSoft ingestion patterns.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Preferred: SnowPro Advanced Architect or SnowPro Data Engineer certification.
