Job Description

Job Summary

The SO, Ops Sup Analyst, PFS is responsible for providing operational support and analysis for the Personal Financial Services (PFS) division, ensuring efficient and smooth processing of transactions and services while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operational tasks for various Personal Financial Services products, including but not limited to deposits, loans, credit cards, and investments.
  • Process customer requests, transactions, and service fulfilments accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to identify operational trends, potential issues, and areas for process improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, customer complaints, and system-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., BNM, Anti-Money Laundering).
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all operational activities and resolutions.

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations support within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to Personal Financial Services. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and operational processes is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
