Job Description
Solutions Engineering is at the forefront of developing ground breaking SoC/SiP (System-on-Chip / System-in-Package) solutions across a wide range of market segments including Cloud Ai, Edge AI, and Physical AI.
In this critical leadership role, you will coordinate and be responsible for the development of high-performance SoCs from concept through product launch. This is a deeply technical position requiring end-to-end expertise and the ability to operate across functional and geographic boundaries. You will orchestrate multi-functional technical execution and help shape Arm's future in advanced semiconductor technologies such as 2.5D/3D integration and sub-2nm process nodes.
