Job Responsibilities

Conduct social compliance audits at various manufacturing sites to ensure adherence to social standards and ethical practices
Prepare audit reports, documenting findings and collaborating with clients and suppliers to develop corrective action plans
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement in social compliance

Job Requirements

Possess a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource or any related field
Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is preferred
Experience in conducting social compliance audits and knowledge of social standards and ethical practices
Strong analytical and observational skills
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Understanding of local labor laws and regulation
