JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct social compliance audits at various manufacturing sites to ensure adherence to social standards and ethical practices
- Prepare audit reports, documenting findings and collaborating with clients and suppliers to develop corrective action plans
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement in social compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource or any related field
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is preferred
- Experience in conducting social compliance audits and knowledge of social standards and ethical practices
- Strong analytical and observational skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Understanding of local labor laws and regulation
