Founded in 1996, the company has built a strong reputation through its quality-focused manufacturing, established consumer brands such as Captain Dolphin, and growing presence in both local and international markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Social Commerce & Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our social commerce growth initiatives, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop operations, affiliate marketing, KOL collaborations, content planning, and paid ads strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both brand-building and performance marketing, and is able to turn content, creators, and campaigns into measurable business results. The candidate should be comfortable working across both online and offline activations, while closely tracking ROI, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company's TikTok Shop, including campaign execution, product visibility, promotional planning, and sales performance
  • Lead affiliate marketing and KOL/influencer collaborations, including sourcing, onboarding, relationship management, execution, and performance tracking
  • Evaluate affiliate, creator, and campaign effectiveness using ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, GMV, CAC, and other relevant performance indicators
  • Develop and execute social commerce growth strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Plan monthly and campaign-based content calendars in alignment with brand, product, and promotional priorities
  • Work closely with internal teams, creators, and external partners to ensure consistent and effective content planning and execution
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting strategy, performance optimization, and reporting
  • Recommend and manage ads budget planning based on campaign goals, expected returns, and platform performance
  • Support offline affiliate or promotional events, including coordination with partners, creators, and event-related marketing execution
  • Monitor market trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and social commerce best practices to identify new growth opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, affiliate results, and channel effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Proven experience in social commerce, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop or other social commerce / e-commerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer management, and creator collaboration models
  • Ability to track and analyze ROI and key performance indicators, and translate data into practical action plans
  • Experience in content planning for social platforms and commerce-driven campaigns
  • Good knowledge of paid ads planning, including budgeting, optimization, and campaign performance analysis
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Able to support both online campaigns and offline affiliate/event activations
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese
  • Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a results-driven mindset

Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and e-commerce analytics tools
  • Existing network of creators, affiliates, or KOLs is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and execution-focused environment

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Candidates with proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese will have an added advantage
