Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the companys brand identity.
  • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the companys social media presence and performance.
  • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
  • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Collaborate with other departments (brand, customer support etc) to manage reputation, identify key audience and coordinate actions.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
  • Requires at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (as the role requires candidate to liaise with our mandarin speaking clients) and Bahasa.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
