About Role
As a Social Media and Livestream Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with Brand's audience, building brand awareness, and driving sales through engaging and entertaining livestreams. Your primary responsibility will be to host livestream sessions on various ecommerce platforms, with a strong focus on creating and maintaining viewer engagement and facilitating product sales.
What Will You Do
- Acquire and Improve Adoption Rate for Affiliates:
- Identify and reach out to TikTok users and influencers who align with our brand.
- Provide additional information, address queries, and encourage them to join our affiliate program.
- Regularly track and document feedback on the affiliate's performance.
- Fill in Payment Forms for Live streamers:
- Assist with the payment processes for vendors within the company's guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments for vendors
- Assist with Posting Videos on TikTok for Brand:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand messaging and content guidelines.
- Assist in the posting of videos on TikTok.
- Assist with Livestream Coordination:
- Collaborate with the livestream team to coordinate and schedule livestream events.
- Support in managing technical aspects and troubleshooting during livestreams.
What Skills & Experience Do You Need
- Prior experience as a livestream host, social media influencer, or a related role is a plus point.
- Strong on-camera presence and charisma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adapt at creating engaging and interactive content.
- Knowledge of current trends in social media and livestreaming.
- Ability to effectively promote and sell products or services
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Familiarity with the use of livestreaming equipment and technology.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
