Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Semenyih. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing social media performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with overall brand goals. The role involves creating visual and written content, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and staying up-to-date with social media trends to ensure effective communication with the target audience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Social Media Management, Content Strategy, and engagement techniques
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Photo/Video Editing, and basic Photography
• Excellent Writing, Copywriting, and Storytelling skills
• Ability to analyze data for performance optimization and familiarity with social analytics tools
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with current trends and emerging platforms in digital marketing and social media
• Min Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in food and beverage or related industries is a plus
