We are looking for a Content Creator who can (1) ideate, (2) execute and (3) produce high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms.
Job location: Kawasan Perindustrian Desa Aman (close to Bandar Sri Damansara / Desa ParkCity / Kepong)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. IDEATE & DEVELOP CONTENT
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- Conceptualize creative campaigns, storytelling angles, and social media series that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay updated on digital and social media trends, especially within parenting, kids, and lifestyle categories.
2. PRODUCE CONTENT
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content (Reels, TikToks, product videos, etc.).
- Write compelling captions and video hooks.
3. OPTIMISE & ANALYSE CONTENT BASED ON DATA
- Track, analyze, and report content performance (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.).
- Use data insights to refine future content direction and improve ROI.
- A/B test different content formats and hooks to enhance audience response.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong creative direction and storytelling skills
- Proficient in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Skilled in short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Understanding of content analytics, SEO basics, and social media algorithms
- Photography and videography experience is a bonus (e.g. using DSLR, etc)
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work independently or with a team
- Passion for digital trends and brand storytelling
