Job Description

Job Responsibility

Track and respond to trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS)
Create fast, engaging, and on-brand content aligned with marketing and sales campaigns
Write compelling captions and produce short-form video content that resonates with target audiences
Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement
Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content consistency and delivery
Support other creative or campaign-related tasks as assigned by management
To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or a related field
Strong creative writing and captioning skills tailored for social media
Able to plan, script, and storyboard short-form content quickly and effectively
Highly trend-sensitive and up-to-date with evolving content formats
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams
Willing to be based at Vertical Business Suite, Bangsar South
