Short Summary of the Role:
This role is primarily responsible for driving creator acquisition by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-potential affiliate creators across various categories. You will provide ongoing support to newly onboarded creators, ensure successful program implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize creator performance and campaign impact.
Specializations Available:
- Electronics (EL): Focus on tech and gadget creators.
- Fashion: Focus on apparel and style-focused creators.
- FMCG: Focus on fast-moving consumer goods (Beauty, Personal Care, Food).
- Lifestyle: Focus on home, travel, and general lifestyle creators.
Job Responsibilities
- Creator Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators in your assigned category (Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, or Lifestyle).
- Incubation & Growth: Nurture creators to specialize in category-specific content that drives strong affiliate conversion and sustainable GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth.
- Account Management: Act as the main point of contact (POC) for newly onboarded affiliate creators, building long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide guidance on category trends, content formats, product selection, and incentive support to accelerate creator performance.
- Program Implementation: Drive the effective rollout of initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of campaign targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and maximize creator impact across the platform.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree and above.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or creator partnership. (Fashion roles specifically value fashion-related experience) .
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: English proficiency and Malay is a plus.
- Mindset: Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Strong sense of ownership with a hands-on, self-starting attitude, while being a collaborative team player.
