Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content publishing, content administration, and engagement
  • Monitor and handle community enquiries and management
  • Analyze social media pages including user metrics and engagement
  • Keep abreast of social media trends, research, and best practices
  • Collaborate with account managers and other team members in the company
  • Communicate with other departments as needed

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, and communications
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply too
  • Strong in data analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across varying audiences
  • Attention to detail and ownership
  • Team player, results-oriented, and has an ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This role is open to Residents of Malaysia and individuals with valid Resident status in Malaysia.
