As a social media executive, you will play a crucial role in creating content which includes the ability to devise a variety of creative ideas & write in multiple voices for our customer brands on social media to achieve client goals and objectives. This person will also to work closely with the team (inter-departments) to achieve said goals.
Creative Writer
Bring multiple brand voices to life daily. This individual should have strong conceptual and writing ability to responds to planned opportunities, promotions, real-time moments, influencers, brands, fans or events.
Content Strategist
Has a finger on the pulse of new and upcoming cultural trends and actively collaborates with a cross-functional team to capitalize on moments for the brand. This person would constantly be seeking opportunities for our customers to maximise social reach and engagement. Ability to understand customer brand positioning and develop content that's relevant.
Analytical Thinker
Overall accountability for social media accounts managed by the agency. The ability to analyse social data points and market trends to improve social media performance in terms of engagement, growth and goal conversions aligned to business goals, which also includes executing social listening campaigns.
Strategic Planner
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through social media platforms. Planning, executing and reporting on social media campaigns and monthly calendar that is aligned to the client's business goals.

- A Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma with relevant experience
- 1-2 years of professional working experience in the related industry
- Strong, creatively rich portfolio or work samples that showcases memorable copywriting on social
- Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
- Ability to demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and fresh ideas
- Has knowledge of social channels Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram
- Experience with social management tools like Hootsuite is an advantage
- Solid understanding of social networks, content best practices and SEO fundamentals is a must
