Primary Job Description (JD):

- Content Creation: End-to-end recording of product/event videos.

- Video Editing: Producing high-engagement Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.

- Platform Management: Scheduling, community management, and trend monitoring.

- Ad-hoc Tasks: Supporting the Manager in departmental growth and events.

Candidate Requirements :

1. Technical Skills: Proficient in mobile/camera filming and photo and video editing software (Canva, CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or VN).

2. Creative Mindset: Ability to script and storyboard creative ideas specifically for the veterinary and livestock industry.

3. Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of TikTok/Instagram algorithms and current trends.

4. Communication: Fluent/intermediate in Bahasa Melayu and English (to handle diverse audiences from farmers to vets).

5. Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio or showreel of previous video work.

6. Attitude: Proactive, willing to travel to farms/clinics for content, and able to work under a manager's direction.
