Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop social media strategies that align with their monthly goals
• Create monthly content plans that align with the client's brand and tone of voice, and manage the timely delivery of all social media assets
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage their expectations and provide regular updates on campaign performance
• Act as a liaison between the creative team and the client to ensure that all creative output is aligned with the client brief and meets their expectations
• Monitor social media trends and provide insights to the client to improve campaign performance
• Work with the project management team to ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
• A proactive mindset - someone who takes initiative and problem-solves independently.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments with multiple moving parts.
• Bonus: basic understanding of influencer marketing or paid social media campaigns.
• Team player with a no task too small attitude.
