Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and customer interactions while ensuring brand voice consistency.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to optimize content performance.

2. Content Creation & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to develop creative assets (static, video, reels, stories).
  • Execute social media campaigns tied to brand launches, promotions, events, or seasonal moments.
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, and short-form content that align with PR messaging and brand guidelines.

3. Public Relations & Brand Reputation

  • Support PR initiatives by crafting digital narratives that strengthen brand credibility and consumer trust.
  • Assist with press releases, media announcements, and influencer communications when required.
  • Manage online reputation by monitoring conversations and responding promptly to consumer comments, queries, and sensitive issues.

4. Influencer & KOL Coordination

  • Identify suitable influencers/KOLs for FMCG campaigns and assist in end-to-end coordination.
  • Track deliverables, evaluate performance, and maintain strong relationships with influencer partners.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, sentiment analysis, campaign ROI).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports and insights for management review.
  • Provide recommendations to improve engagement, content quality, and PR effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in social media management or PR (FMCG experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Familiar with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of online consumer behavior and digital trends.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
