- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to approved content calendars
- Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging
- Monitor platform activity and audience interactions
Content Execution
- Create engaging captions and platform-optimized content
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to promote programs and campaigns
- Assist in developing short-form video and real-time content opportunities
Audience Engagement
- Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly
- Build active online communities around Channel 10 Malaysia content
- Monitor trends and recommend timely content opportunities
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Continuously optimize posting strategy based on data insights

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in social media management or digital content roles.
