Job Description:- Social media operations: Manage and optimize TikTok accounts in retail stores, develop and implement content strategies. Enhance fan base and engagement through creative content and interaction. Analyze TikTok data and develop optimization plans.
Drainage strategy: Develop and implement online drainage strategies to increase brand exposure and user conversion. Utilize TikTok advertisements and other online tools to attract traffic to the company's website and offline stores.- Live training: Provide live training for store managers and employees, including content planning, on-site performance skills, and equipment usage. Develop live streaming plans and assist store managers in regularly conducting high-quality live streaming activities. Analyze live streaming data, optimize live streaming content and strategies.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency between online and offline activities.
- Track the latest social media and live streaming trends, adjust strategies to adapt to market changes
Degree in Business or any related field.
- 2-3 years experiences in related field will be added advantage.
Proficient in using TikTok and other major social media platforms.- Excellent content creation and editing skills.
Familiar with the operation of live streaming equipment and software.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to adjust operational strategies based on data.
Possess creative thinking and strong adaptability.- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
