We don't want viral dances; we want a Social Media Growth Lead to architect a content machine that ships 100+ Negative Example videos monthly. If you are a relentless, process-driven strategist who uses AI to crush growth targets, this is your mission.

• Pipeline Architecture: Command the flow of raw footage from 50+ Homerunners (field agents) to the editing desk. Zero bottlenecks allowed.
• Growth Strategy: Identify viral hooks in ugly reality—swollen cabinets, leaking roofs, and tenant mess—to sell SPEEDHOME's ecosystem.
• AI Implementation: Integrate AI tools to automate scripting, silence removal, and multi-platform repurposing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Risk Management: Ensure all content is aggressive yet compliant with Malaysian PDPA and defamation laws.
• Metric Ownership: Own the funnel. Track view-to-lead conversion rates for SPEEDRENO and SPEEDFIX.

• Killer Instinct: You prioritize conversion over aesthetic. You understand that a scary defect video sells better than a pretty one.

• Experience: 3+ years in Social Media Management, Digital Growth, or Content Operations.
• Tech Savvy: Native-level proficiency in AI-augmented video workflows.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a bonus for contractor coordination).
• Location: Must be able to commute to Petaling Jaya (In-person role).
