Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Livestream Host to support and lead engaging livestream sessions on Shopee/TikTok, including end-to-end preparation such as scriptwriting, product presentation, and real-time audience engagement and inquiry handling.
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and publish compelling video content in coordination with the commercial and marketing teams to drive product awareness and traffic.
- Drive creative livestream strategies to boost viewer retention, interaction, and conversioncontinuously optimizing content formats and production flow.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, commercial, operations) and external partners to align on livestream goals, execution, and performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement, conversion) to management, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
Requirements;
- Preferably Diploma/Degree holder in Mass Communication or Marketing;
- A confident communicator and eloquent in hosting livestream and making videos;
- Creative thinker in content planning, creation, and scheduling;
- Good knowledge of photo and video editing tools CapCut, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.;
- Working experience in e-commerce or social commerce is a plus;
- Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply & explore.
