Social Media Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing the social media and community of the exchange, improving community numbers, Customer Satisfaction Score, and active level.
2. Responsible for organizing and planning cooperation with media, MCNs, encryption communities, and KOLs.
3. Collaborate with regional teams to achieve growth goals for regional social media sites.
4. Responsible for collecting online public opinion, timely reporting negative news, and working with the team to quell negative events.
5. Responsible for representing the external image, organizing or participating in various offline activities.
6. Assist in handling customer complaints from social media.

Job requirements:

1. Fluent in English writing and reading, can be used as a working language.
2. Familiar with overseas Gen Z and Gen Alpha cultures.
3. Outstanding personal image, outgoing and cheerful personality.
4. Must be well skilled in social media/community growth.
5. Skilled in content planning and production, with basic video editing and post-processing abilities.
6. Bachelor's degree or above, priority to those from QS Top 100 universities;
7. Priority to those with experience in live streaming and cooperation with financial KOLs (not limited to blockchain);
8. Priority to who are good at building personal IP and have experience operating personal self-media;
