The Social Media Manager / Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence, engage with target audiences, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and events
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, brand mentions, and industry trends, responding promptly where needed
- Take a hands-on approach in managing and posting daily social media content
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, growth, and engagement, and provide recommendations for improvement
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation and marketing would be a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Problem-solving prowess and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Knowledge of AI tools and technologies in marketing is a plus
Working Hour : Monday to Friday 9.30am 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am to 1.00pm
