Social Media Manager

Position: Social Media Manager

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM3,500

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage social media strategy, content calendars and posting across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
2. Lead and coordinate the content team, including content creators and interns, to ensure smooth and timely content delivery.
3. Develop content ideas, scripts, captions, photos and videos while ensuring all content is aligned with the brand.
4. Manage audience engagement, campaigns, live-selling support and collaborations with influencers or external creators.
5. Monitor social media performance, trends and competitors, and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement and enquiries.
6. To perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Management from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion deem fit.
