Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Mission As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven strategy, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with the Malaysian market. From crafting viral-ready Xiaohongshu posts to engaging social media copy, you will lead our digital presence and build a thriving community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a cohesive content calendar for IG, FB, XHS, and YouTube.
- Produce platform-native multimedia assets with a strong focus on copy, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Coordinate photoshoots and collaborate with designers/photographers on visual assets.
- Lead KOL/KOC outreach, providing briefs and ensuring brand alignment.
- Monitor local digital trends and audience behavior to produce highly creative and timely content.
- Manage daily community engagement and social media interactions with strong execution.
- Analyze performance metrics (Reach and ER) to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Copywriting, or Content Creation.
- Native-level proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English, backed by exceptional copywriting abilities.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, especially for XHS。
- Strong project coordination skills, high execution ability, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a creative edge.
- (Bonus) Solid understanding of SEO principles.
- (Bonus) Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software (CapCut).
