Social Media Operations Specialist

Job Description

• Responsible for content planning and posting on Gokoo Delivery's social media accounts (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, WeChat, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with merchants and assist them in completing platform activities and marketing services.
• Plan and execute online content campaigns to increase exposure and user engagement.
• Track data and analyze campaign performance, and propose optimization suggestions.
• Independently handle filming; proficient in mobile photography and vlog shooting.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or above; major in Media, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. Has independent experience in operating Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts.

3. Able to manage and operate multiple accounts simultaneously.

4. Is also a KOL or KOC, mainly focusing on content related to food, travel, etc.

5. Proficiency in Chinese; English proficiency is a plus.
