Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain monthly and quarterly social media content calendars in alignment with evolving business objectives.
- Manage and execute global organic postings across major social media channels, resolve any platform-related or scheduling issues promptly and escalate as needed.
- Stay updated on platform changes and apply them into content execution.
Social Content Creation & Localization
- Write engaging, audience-focused, and platform-tailored copy for social media postings.
- Propose clear content ideas with defined topic, angle and format (e.g. short video, carousel)
- Create content relevant to target audiences (e.g. traders), including market insights, beginner topics, and behavioral trends.
- Localize and translate content for priority markets in appropriate languages, ensuring cultural and regulatory suitability.
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers to produce visually compelling, brand-aligned assets for social media postings.
- Provide clear direction on visuals, messaging, and CTAs.
- Work closely with regional marketers and translators to ensure messaging accuracy and cultural alignment across priority markets.
- Provide cross-team support and guidance on social media initiatives as needed.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor performance of published content using native insights and analytics tools, identifying trends and underperforming content.
- Track content performance and identify what works and what doesn't, then improve accordingly.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior stakeholders, highlighting key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and CTR.
- Recommend data-driven optimizations to content, format, and posting schedules to enhance performance and meet KPIs.
Proactive Market Research
- Stay current with social media algorithm changes, feature updates, and emerging content trends across platforms.
- Adjust content timing and format based on user activity and engagement patterns.
- Share relevant insights with internal teams to inform strategic decision-making and improve overall content effectiveness.
- Stay updated on platform changes and apply them into content execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or other digital marketing roles, preferably in the forex or fintech sector, with a proven track record of executing multi-platform strategies that drive measurable audience growth and engagement.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content policies, audience segmentation, and key engagement drivers across social platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of visual content creation, including basic photo and video editing skills.
- Excellent copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to create engaging, audience-relevant, and brand-aligned content across diverse formats (e.g. short-form video, carousels).
- Proficient in analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, GA4), with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights and reports.
- Strong stakeholder management, with experience supporting cross-functional marketing campaigns.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to effectively collaborate across regional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot platform or posting issues efficiently and proactively.
