Job Description

Job Responsibility

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness & drive traffic
Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, XHS and TikTok.
Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, publishing, and responding to comments.
Track social media trends and analytics to improve performance and find growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with marketing initiatives.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with KOLS, influencers, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Involve in KOL marketing, liaise with KOLs and partnership with clients.
Support the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions and achieve marketing objectives.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience at least 1 year in managing social media platforms for a consumer brand, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Passion for food, snacking culture, and consumer trends is a plus.
