Location: Georgetown, Penang / Bayan Lepas

Languages: Mandarin

Working Hour: Night Shift (5Days work, 2 days OFF)

Salary: 4500RM (All in packages)

Hiring Periods: July - August

What You'll Do:

• Handle reservation-related inquiries (pre & post) via phone and email
• Assist Social Media account inquiries

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English
• Knowing Cantonese is a plus
• Strong problem-solving & commercial thinking
• Experience in customer care or social media assistant
• Able to work in permanent night shift (Extra allowance will be given)
