ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for hands on software consultant to join our software team to improve our software capabilities to provide software solution for Glorys customers from different industry.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for all in-house software products and customized solution.
- Support partners to integrate with Glory products.
- Researching, designing, implementing Software programs.
- Perform comprehensive testing to ensure software performance and robustness.
- Perform field installation and training when necessary.
- Attend / analyse and troubleshoot field problems that are related to software.
- Documentation for requirements, user guide, training materials.
- Working closely with sales teams, other developers, and different departments for the project implementation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Degree in computing or related IT certification
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Network and web server environment knowledge including Apache, HTTP, XML, and Web Service.
- SQL Server applications and Web Programming.
- Web Security knowledge such as TLS, HTTP.
- Experienced with web services application.
- Serial Communication (Preferred).
- C#, VB.NET, multi-threading, DLL programming.
- UI Design.
Non-Technical
- English language Excellent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative and flexible thinker.
- Good Troubleshooting skills. Good Interpersonal Relationship.
