Workflow Configuration & Maintenance
Configure end-to-end workflows in Kube 365, including:
Process steps and sequencing
Routing logic and decision rules
Role-based assignments and approvals
SLAs, timers, and escalations
Maintain and update existing workflows to support process changes or enhancements.
Configure forms, fields, validations, and notifications as required.
Requirements Implementation
Translate documented business requirements and process designs into Kube 365 configurations.
Ensure configurations align with approved process flows and control requirements.
Validate that workflow logic supports segregation of duties and access controls.
