Software Developer (Java & C++)

*Competencies and Skills*

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline 

•5-8 years in software development role with some experience in code review

•Experience in ACI product suites, particularly OCM24, Base24-eps, UPF and OCM24 will be an added advantage

•Understanding of Cards and Consumer Banking related systems 

*Key Responsibilities*

• Full-Stack Development 

• Lead the development team

• Knowledge in Cobol, C++ and Java.

• Quality Assurance & Testing

• Work with QA testers to debug, tune performance, and ensure security & reliability.

• Troubleshooting & Support

• Offer technical expertise in troubleshooting, system maintenance & performance optimization.

• Vendor Deliverable Code Reviews

• Review development team's code to ensure compliance with best practices.

• Documentation & Reporting 

• Review development documentation, configurations, and system integrations.

• Proficiency in C++ and Java

• Strong knowledge of clean code principles, security best practices, and coding standards.

• Well versed with Git or other version control tools.
