Software Developer (Microsoft Dynamics)

Hiring: Software Developer (Microsoft Dynamics) | KL Onsite | 6-Month Contract

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Onsite)

Employment: 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a Software Developer with Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience to join our client's project in the banking industry.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent

3–7 years work experience in application development – preferably banking

3–7 years work experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementation

Strong Microsoft Dynamics configuration skills – Dataverse, Workflows, Plugins, Channel Integration Framework

Strong C# and .NET implementation skills

Integration experience – REST, SOAP, KingswaySoft/SSIS

Microsoft technologies – Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint

JavaScript and HTML knowledge

Experience in error handling

Strong technical, analytical, design, and estimation skills

Good written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently and within teams

Strong time management and prioritization skills

What You'll Do:

Perform coding and development based on Detailed Level Design (DLD)

Prepare DLD, UT Test Plans, and ST Test Plans for review

Perform Unit Testing (UT) and System Testing (ST) – prepare test scripts

Review vendor patches/work products for alignment with requirements

Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Analyse and resolve defects – perform change requests where needed

Develop data extraction and transmission programs – conduct data testing

Conduct code reviews and manage code changes/enhancements

Ensure compliance with IT standards, SDLC, design and coding standards, and IT Security

Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation

Conduct training for system support handover

Liaise with Support team, Project Manager, and EAD teams on defect tracking and ITSR

Conduct Impact Analysis and estimation for ITSRs
